WiiM Product Line Warranty Statement

Thank you for choosing products from the WiiM product line. We are committed to providing you with the highest-quality products that bring joy and entertainment to your life. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following warranty coverage for our WiiM products:

Limited Warranty Coverage:

This limited warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) protects only the original end-user (“you” or “your”) and is not transferable and is applicable only in the country in which you purchased your original WiiM product (the “Product”). Any attempt to transfer this warranty shall be immediately make this warranty void.

Duration: The warranty coverage for WiiM products is one (1) year from purchase. Please refer to the individual product documentation or contact our customer support for detailed warranty information.

Scope: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance of WiiM products. It includes malfunctions or failures that occur during the warranty period.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, neglect, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond normal intended use.

Warranty Claims Process:

Notification: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team promptly. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and describe the issue in detail.

Evaluation: Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will evaluate the issue and determine whether it falls within the scope of the warranty coverage.

Resolution: If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund or a comparable product as a replacement.

Limitations of Liability:

  • To the extent permitted by law, WiiM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use WiiM products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • In no event shall the total liability of WiiM and its affiliates exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the defective product.

Additional Information:

  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized retailers or directly from WiiM.
  • Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized parties may void the warranty.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
